I am a dynamic HR executive and the visionary founder behind NextStep People Solutions. With a distinguished career spanning legal services, entertainment, healthcare, retail, and digital pharmacy, I bring a wealth of expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, talent management, and culture transformation.
As the driving force of NextStep, I partner with organizations to create positive, high-performing workplaces through tailored HR strategies and practical solutions. I excel in navigating complex, highly regulated environments and I am known for my fair, ethical, and compliant approach to workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
My leadership has delivered onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs that strengthen organizational culture and support business growth. My approach is rooted in collaboration, consistency, and a passion for helping both organizations and individuals thrive.
I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University and a B.A. in Sociology from Hunter College. I am recognized for my expertise with the following certifications:
